Preschool Gymnastics Programs

Baby Gym is a fun, 30 minute class for your little crawler-2 year old. The class focuses on locomotor skills, hand-eye coordination, and physical strength and abilities through a variety of activities. Parent and child work together in this exciting class with one of our trained gymnastics coaches.
This class provides a fun way for Mom or Dad to be a part of the experience their children will have learning basic motor skills through gymnastics activities created just for their little ones 18months-3 years old.
An obstacle course of fun that incorporates jumping, climbing, balancing, and developing coordination and upper body strength awaits you and your child. Trampoline jumping and the first stages of forward and backward rolls are just the beginning of these action-packed classes. Each activity will be performed on equipment built just for little ones!
Little Dipper classes are 50mins long and are designed to help boys and girls develop coordination, listening skills, and physical fitness through basic motor and gymnastics skills. Children will be pleasantly challenged with obstacle courses and games incorporating forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, the initial stages of handstands, balance beam walks, and trampoline work. Upper body strength will also be tested while working on a bar built just for their size.
Boys Only classes are 50mins long and are designed to help boys develop coordination, listening skills, and physical fitness. Boys Only is a mix of our boys gymnastics and ninja-x programs. On the gymnastics side they will learn the basics of boys gymnastics, and with ninja-x they will be able to work on basic skills that will lead up to our older ninja-x classes.
Northern Star classes are 50mins long and are designed to help boys and girls develop coordination, listening skills, and physical fitness through basic gymnastics skills. Northern Stars is for Pre-K kids who are right at the age and size of being in our Rec Programs, but they aren’t quite ready to jump in with the big kids yet. Classes are held in our Rec Gym so they have the opportunity to work with the bigger equipment and get adjusted to the bigger gym. Children will be pleasantly challenged with obstacle courses and gactivities incorporating forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, the initial stages of handstands, balance beam walks, and trampoline work. Upper body strength will also be tested while working on bars.

Recreational Gymnastics Programs

Sunbeams–5yrs-7yrs (K-1st Grade)
Shooting Stars–7yrs-10yrs (2nd-4th Grade)
Comets–11yrs & Up (5th Grade & Up)

These classes come during the critical learning period in your daughter’s life. In order to maximize these times, our curriculum coordinates skills and activities with the appropriate developmental stage. Movement skills and concepts are presented so that girls learn how their bodies move and why. These unique programs of skill development allow each of our students to reach her physical potential.

As boys achieve the skill requirements of the beginner classes, they will be invited to move into our coach recommended more advanced classes.
Acrobatic Gymnastics (previously called Sport Acrobatics and nicknamed “Acro”) is a gymnastic discipline that emphasizes the combined beauty of dance and acrobatics. Gymnastics skills add excitement to the exercises. Acrobatic balances show grace, strength and flexibility.
This sport is a partner sport requiring athletes of all ages, shapes, and sizes.
The different partnerships are: two females, two males, a male base and a female top, three females, or four males.
Gymnast will learn: A ‘balance’ routine where the focus is on strength, poise and flexibility; a ‘dynamic’ routine which includes throws, somersaults and catches, and a ‘combined’ routine which includes elements from both balance and dynamic.

Additional Recreational Programs

Ninja-X is a program that focuses on coordination skills, strength building, and cardio. Your child will go through age appropriate, yet challenging, physical conditioning, and a series of challenging obstacle courses that are set up throughout the gym. Our Cheer/Tumble classes are designed to give our athletes the foundation they need to pursue either All-Star or High School Cheerleading. In these classes our students will learn: tumbling, jumps, motions, stunting, and cheers/chants. Classes are an hour long once a week and a GREAT introduction to the sport of cheerleading!
Our Cheer Gym classes incorporate aspects of both cheerleading and gymnastics. These classes are great for your child who wants the best of both sporting worlds!
Trampoline & Tumbling Classes (T’nT) classes are fun way to learn how to tumble, flip and jump safely on the trampoline. Students will learn beginner routines, drills for flipping, and safety falls. This class is a great workout and a lot of fun!
The Homeschool curriculum includes calisthenics and conditioning, basic tumbling, and gymnastics. Your kids will have a lot of fun in the different events all while getting healthy!
